Neha has been involved with the Ojas Group since the inception of its first enterprise in Delhi-NCR, now involved with various ventures under the brand, manoeuvring diverse sectors, responsible for a variety of activities including germination, gestation and incubation of ideas as well as training of new entrepreneurs.
Having spent more than a decade with the Group, she has a deep understanding the mechanics of building a business ground-up, handling its Ojas Innovation Centre (OjasIC), across functions like ideation, business strategy, administrative processes, sustainable and competitive products, market-entry, expansion, partnerships, etc.
Neha Kapoor has built robust expertise on both technology and content to define a brand's identity and charter its course to global impact and recognition.
Presently, Neha is focused on making DB Empowerment Solutions a viable player in the Continuing Education and Human Resource Development avenues through its many alternative education brands including ES Internships, ES Trainings, ES Placements, etc. She is also making preparations to relaunch on a digital platform, Eera Fortunes, a Financial Education initiative of the Group, a vertical she believes is fundamental to any individual's growth and prosperity.
Apart from the above, she is also involved with the Group's Real Estate, Hospitality and Lifestyle businesses, and is a key player in setting up its Management Consultancy Services, a specialisation she derives from her early career.
