A mentor, a teacher and an inspiring entrepreneur, Siddharth sir is a visionary who has created business ventures that organically work in a symbiotic manner to support both, the logical and the creative expressions of life, while also offering a plethora of opportunity to his employees to reach their greatest potential.

Over the past one year, I have had the good fortune of learning, working and growing under his guidance and with his involvement, not only being trained to achieve business brilliance, but also being provided ample room to paint my own canvas!

The beauty of working with Ojas and especially, so closely with the Board, has been that not only has it been fulfilling in terms of my professional growth but has brought tremendous amount of focus to my self exploration as well.

Siddharth sir’s vision and Ojas, have truly been the wind beneath my wings and have inspired me to dream bigger – for myself and all those who we’ll touch through the businesses!

I hope to continue this empowering journey for many more years to come and look forward to the Group’s foray in the global markets.
